Touch and Softness

PVC: Relatively hard, not very soft, and has some toughness, but less elastic than silicone.
Silicone: Very soft with good elasticity, feels similar to soft rubber.
Temperature Resistance

PVC: Poor temperature resistance, tends to deform or release harmful substances at high temperatures.
Siicone: Resistant to high temperatures, maintains stability and doesn’t easily deform under heat.
Burning Test

PVC: Produces black smoke and a pungent chlorine smell when burned, with a yellow flame.
Silicone: Burns with little to no visible smoke, the flame is white or transparent, and leaves white powdery ash.
Smell
PVC: Has a distinct chemical smell, especially noticeable in new products.
Silicone: Generally odorless or has a very mild, harmless scent.
Ink Test
PVC: Surface does not absorb ink well, and the ink can be easily wiped off.
Silicone: Good ink absorption, not easily wiped away.
Density and Weight
PVC: Denser and heavier than silicone of the same volume.
Silicone: Less dense and relatively lighter.
Transparency
PVC: Generally has moderate transparency, might appear slightly cloudy.
Silicone: Can achieve high transparency.
